Grandma Brenda's been after me to get blogging, so I thought I'd share a few things Sadie's been up to. First of all, she is more than excited to be starting kindergarten in the fall. She is constantly asking us one question about it, however, "Do they have lockers at Glendale?" I don't know the answer to that, but I just don't have the heart to tell her that while they might have lockers there, none of them will be painted pink and large enough to house feather boas, tiaras, and several changes of clothing like Sharpay's does... Oh well.
Sadie has taken several trips in the last month, one to Fairmont to play with her buddies E and Bubby, and one to the Children's Museum with her cousin, Finners.
You can see her in Fairmont, eating at one of Mommy's favorite spots and former place of employment, The Channel Inn. Best burgers anywhere. Period.
She also adored the Children's Museum, which she calls the Clifford Museum. Which is a little weird considering that when Clifford was making the rounds giving kids hugs and high-fives, Sadie was cowering behind the counter of the fake sushi restaurant in terror. She's not a huge fan of men or women dressed up in furry costumes with large foam heads.
